We represent the only Forum of Ex-servicemen Re-employed in Central Public Sector Enterprises. We all have common issues. Our foremost issue is recognition and remuneration of past defense job and secondly to get ESM representation in PSUs in-line with Government of India ESM reservation policy. This platform will unite us towards our legitimate rightful goal. Instead of confrontation we believe in path of representation and negotiate with GoI Departments fulfill our demands.
